Now that RM1872 is nearly fit for her first fare paying passengers (just needs the correct tax disc) we decided to take her for a "Member's Only" tour of the local haunts she's due to visit.
We started with the Diesel Gala service (November 5/6 2005 - National Railway's Totnes Station, Hood Bridge, Staverton Station, Charlie's Cross (for Hood Bridge) Buckfastleigh Station : Buckfastleigh Station, Caddaford, Charlie's Cross (for Hood Bridge), Staverton Station, National Railway's Totnes Station) and then followed this with the Roundabout via Buckfast Abbey, Buckfastleigh Town back to Buckfastleigh Station.
Needless to say she performed perfectly and we're very pleased that the trials and tribulations have been worth while.
